20 lives saved! In early May, a South Carolina family's home was filled with carbon monoxide as they slept. Inside were 15 people and five pets. With an ADT carbon monoxide detector and a call from an ADT dispatcher, all 20 occupants were able to escape safely.

In mid-March, the number of ADT contact center employees working from home was close to zero. Now, approximately 90% of ADT contact center employees are working safely at home. A move of this magnitude would take months—ADT did it in three weeks. “When I speak with customers, they are so thankful that we are still there for them and haven’t disrupted service,” said Bridgett Patterson, ADT Custom Home Dispatcher.
