Introducing Our Management Team at AIRE New York · UES! We are thrilled to announce our management team, featuring three internal promotions that showcase the talent and growth within AIRE: Eric Duran – Previously Operations Manager at AIRE Tribeca and Links Manager, he now takes on the role of Operations Manager at AIRE New York · UES. Logan Beck – Started as a Links Supervisor in Chicago, moved up to Links Manager in Tribeca, and has now been promoted to Front Desk Manager at AIRE New York · UES. Kathleen Osorio – From Receptionist to Front Desk Supervisor and later Accounting Associate supporting Tribeca, she will now provide support at AIRE New York · UES. We also warmly welcome Gabriela Zoltakova as our new Therapist Manager. We’re excited for this new chapter and proud to see our team grow. Congratulations to everyone! 🎉

Marta Bueno, Director of AIRE New York · Tribeca, knows that taking on new challenges, both personal and professional, has been key to her growth, along with her constant desire to add value in everything she does. Empathy, collaboration and respect have been the values that have guided her throughout her career. For International Women's Day, we wanted to know what motivates her every day, how she leads her teamand the advice she shares with those who want to achieve their goals.
In honor of International Women's Day, we spoke with Francesca Noguera Escura, Director of AIRE Chicago, who views leadership as the ability to create connections and foster an environment of trust where everyone feels heard and valued. More than 15 years of experience in the sector have taught her that empathy, honesty and passion are the key elements to inspire others and grow together. When asked about an advise for women aspiring to leadership roles, she is clear: trust in yourself, have clear goals and work with determination to achieve them.

This month, we had the opportunity to participate in the XXVII Workshop on Turismo y Dirección Hotelera UAB to share the strategic Future Leaders program in our company, in which Anna Altozano Sabio has taken part. She was accompanied by Judit Esteve Riba and Mercè Grau Ferré from the talent team, and they were able to share with students all the professional opportunities at AIRE Ancient Baths, as well as our vision and experience in the wellness sector. Many thanks to Gemma Sagué Pla for inviting us and giving us the opportunity to connect with UAB talent and showcase our leadership strategy in the industry.
This month, we participated in the CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality, Education/Research Talent Day at the Universitat de Barcelona, where we presented the Future Leaders programme of our company.
