My journey at AIRE began in the Lockers and Laundry department, and I must say, it has been a truly rewarding experience. After a few months of dedicated work, I was given the opportunity to transition to the Front Desk, which has been an absolute delight. One of the things I appreciate the most about working at AIRE is the chance to explore and learn from different departments. This exposure has not only enriched my skills but also allowed me to lend a helping hand to my coworkers whenever they needed it. Fernando, tell us about your experience with us.... Having worked in Spain for a decade, I decided to embark on a new adventure in Denmark, where I found a welcoming and fulfilling home at AIRE. I have had the privilege of exploring various departments, including Lockers, Laundry, and Maintenance. However, it was when I interacted with customers that I discovered my true passion. Encouraged by this realization, I took the initiative to undergo training as a therapist, and after just three months, I had the opportunity to apply for the "SPA Attendant" position, which I am thrilled to say is my current role. AIRE's inclusive and supportive work environment is what has truly captured my heart. It's uplifting to be part of a team that values and respects each individual's unique background and perspective. One of the most significant highlights of my journey at AIRE has been the recognition I have received for my work and dedication. This is the first company in my life where my efforts have been acknowledged, and it means the world to me. Beyond just monetary rewards, AIRE understands the importance of providing feedback and appreciation. The feedback from both my manager and our customers has been invaluable in shaping my growth as a professional.
Alberto, tell us about your experience with us.... I joined the team at AIRE in the laundry-lockers department, and little did I know that this decision would lead me on an incredible journey. From day one, I felt a strong sense of belonging and support within the company. AIRE has been instrumental in training my career as a Therapist, and I am forever grateful for the opportunities provided. As I reflect on my time here, I can't help but feel immense pride in my growth within the organization. Over the years, I have been fortunate to receive three well-deserved promotions, and I currently hold the position of Supervisor. It's heartwarming to know that my hard work and dedication have been acknowledged in such a short span of time. I am honored to work alongside such talented and supportive colleagues who inspire me to reach new heights every day. Solenn, tell us about your experience with us.... My time here has been transformative. Moving from France to Denmark during the pandemic was a major change, but AIRE provided me with a supportive and nurturing environment that helped me grow both personally and professionally. One of the most significant changes I've experienced is the boost in my confidence, as I've overcome my shyness and become more assertive. The collaborative spirit at AIRE is truly commendable, and I take pride in being able to contribute as a French speaker when we have French customers. It's wonderful to see how teamwork and mutual support are ingrained in our work culture, making every day at AIRE a joyous and enriching experience. My workplace is not just a job but a place where I can feel a sense of belonging. As a person with a passion for illustration and drawing, I've found my own creative space at AIRE. The staff place in the lockers is adorned with my drawings, serving as a tangible reflection of my creativity and adding a personal touch to the workplace.Additionally, being in Denmark for three years has inspired me to start learning Danish, and even though it's just the beginning, I find it incredibly rewarding to immerse myself in the language of the country I now call home.
