The beautiful development brings 180 new apartment homes, a tuition-free Bezos Academy preschool and other resident support services to families and individuals in Houston’s Northside! Amegy Bank was thrilled to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for New Hope Housing, Inc. Avenue C, an affordable senior housing community in Houston's Magnolia Park neighborhood. This beautiful development will offer 120 apartment homes — 90 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom units. Ray Miller, our Real Estate Lending Team Lead, shared a few words during the ceremony, expressing our pride in contributing financing to this impactful project.
