Armstrong's Healing Heroes hosted a Veterans Day luncheon! All Veterans were invited to a complimentary luncheon at Grove City College to celebrate and honor their service as well as discuss Armstrong's Healing Heroes initiative. Healing Heroes is a partnership with Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs to provide qualifying disabled veterans in the communities we serve with highly trained service dogs! These amazing dogs have a profound impact on the lives of those struggling with a variety of disorders such as PTSD, seizure disorders, mobility impairments, and more. One of Armstrong's Healing Heroes pairs, Gary and Russell, joined us to tell their story and the impact that Russell has had in aiding Gary's health and sense of self-confidence and independence again.
