Apprentices earn while they learn, reducing the potential to take on debt. For Brittany Hardy, her Bosch apprenticeship means opportunity. “It’s a chance to change not only my life, but the world. To learn a new skill without going back to school, taking out a loan, or spending two years to earn a degree. For me, this program means a new life, career and world. With COVID-19, I’m grateful Bosch revised the program to accommodate working remotely so apprentices can still participate and realize full benefits of the program.”
