“Working in four different Bosch locations over two years will allow me to build an extensive internal network across multiple divisions of the company. These rotations give me the chance to travel and work in diverse environments, providing a constant supply of challenges and learning opportunities,” says Logistics Trainee Daniel Harby. Driven by a profound passion for the logistics industry and a desire to take on new and exciting challenges, Daniel took on a big project during his first rotation. Leveraging Industry 4.0 tech, he led a cross-functional team to develop and install a new automated label application system to reduce costs. Leading major projects while transitioning to a new role every six months requires close collaboration among trainees.
