Stronger than Ever! We couldn't have done it without the hard work and commitment from our team members, clients, and partners. So, thank you. In place of gifts this year, we have decided to give back to our community and donate towards worthy causes that embody our commitment to responsible environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) practices. ESG plays a role in every decision we make at Cardinal Group and will continue to play a role in the future of our industry. This year we chose to donate to the National Park Foundation's Energy Smart Parks and Waste Reduction Programs. Our headquarters call Denver home, and our employees love spending time and making memories with their families and friends in our surrounding national parks. These programs are designed to support renewable energy programs and develop eco-friendly waste disposal methods, which align with our environmental efforts. We’re also advocates of prioritizing our team members’ mental health. To better our community and raise mental health awareness, we're donating to the Colorado Children's Hospital Ped
A new legacy of Cardinal leaders descended upon Denver to spend a week at our headquarters to pursue growth and knowledge through our Summer Development Program. Our largest class yet brought over 20 up-and-coming leaders together after a year of separation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Four action packed days offered opportunities for connection, culture building, networking, and educational sessions to learn the ins-and-outs of the Cardinal HQ operations, all led by our team members throughout the company. The Talent Team launched Cardinal's first ever Virtual Career Fair for our Leasing Community Interns! All current Leasing Community Interns were invited to the event. Our speakers were team members who started with Cardinal as Leasing Community Interns and grew their careers with the company. They gave their advice and shared their wisdom. The people who make up Cardinal Group Companies are the true drivers of our business. When faced with the challenge of being essential workers during a pandemic, our people chose to band together instead of trying to go it alone. Within the first hour of it's launch, Cardinal Group Companies' team members from across the country called each other out as heroes, celebrating those who despite the challenges, pushed forward and did incredible things for others. As a team in 2020, we were able to grow, succeed, and embrace change during unprecedented times.
