When Justin first joined the pack at our Lewisberry, PA Fulfillment Center, he wasn't sure where his Chewy journey would take him. Two years later, he has gone from never working in a warehouse to becoming an expert on the ins-and-outs of our product delivery processes. Talk about career growth!
We're excited to introduce you to Caitlin, a Chewtopian who is part of our Product pack! Caitlin has 10+ years of experience working in the "three P's"—product, program, and project management— and joined Chewy as an Associate Director, Product Manager in Delivery Experience last year. She and her team champion for the customer in all things related to how they receive their Chewy packages—whether it's delivery speed, accuracy, quality, or communications, they're driven to make our pet parents' delivery experience seamless. We're so excited to see the impact Caitlin will continue to have on pet parents and partners as our business continues to grow!
