The Impact Report is organized by Classy stakeholders. The data dives into our measured impact of the last three-quarters of 2020 and the first quarter of 2021. The Impact Report methodology is proprietary to Classy. Still, it is inspired by the B Corp Assessment, the industry-leading certification for businesses committed to a better world. Since 2021 also marks Classy’s 10-year anniversary as a software company, we recognize this milestone throughout the report by telling the stories and celebrating the work of our incredible nonprofit customers who stood beside us throughout the years.
The Classy Employee Experience: A Continued Investment in Our People
Today is the beginning of Pride month. It would be tone deaf and foolish to think this year’s Pride is a time for blind celebration. With the turmoil in our country today, where our Black family is fearful for their lives at the hands of a system that sees them as anything but equal, we ask that all members of the Pride community and allies remember the actions it took to get us to where we are today. It’s always important to look into instances of injustice and ask how you can work towards making yourself, your close circle, and the community you live a more inclusive and just place for all people, regardless of their skin color. The Classy community will always stand with our LGBTQ+ and Black families in the face of cruelty and prejudice. Racism has no home in our hearts. The top ten Classy fundraisers spent a week in South Africa with Classy customer Grassroot Soccer—an adolescent health organization that leverages the power of soccer to educate, inspire, and mobilize youth in developing countries. What a life changing volunteering experience!
