We are so proud of our team of agents who helped with the Emergency Rental Assistance program over the last few years. They directly contributed to the distribution of over $46 Billion to those whose income had been effected by COVID or natural disasters. This team tirelessly worked through applications, spoke with families and coordinated with property managers and landlords. In Texas alone, our team helped 125,541 households by distributing over $1 Billion in rental relief funds. All-in-all, our team of heroes distributed $1,756,300,000 and helped 391,462 homes. We applaud the impact their contribution has made on so many fellow Americans and we know that so many families are in a better place thanks to their efforts.
When Amanda K. started working for Connexus in the summer of 2020, she wasn't sure call center work was for her, but two weeks later, her experience and ability to master the information already had her stepping into a new role as a Team Lead. From there, her roles have continued to change, adding project management, agent coach and shift leader to her experience. Today she is proud to be a Junior Account Manager for her team. When asked what she likes about working for Connexus, Amanda said, "This is just an amazing company from top to bottom. I love everyone I work with." She noted that she appreciates that she can reach out to anyone from management to the administrative team to the recruiting team and all are always willing to help. "The people this company has and brings in are the best," she noted. Amanda says she will continue to grow with Connexus. She has her eye on leading more accounts and eventually moving into a Senior Account Manager role. Her hope is to retire with the company that she is proud to call her professional home.
