Wow the Customer - Every DoiT customer it is unique and has complex problems to solve. This allows us to test and learn new things daily. Inclusion Do you know what it looks like or is supposed to be? We have some helpful points on what we have heard people think inclusion is vs. what it actually should be. Inclusion is the act of including someone or something as part of a group, list, etc. So in terms of inclusion in the workplace, it is all about ensuring everyone feels valued and respected as an individual. Inclusion in the workplace is incredibly important because it helps attract and retain a wider diversity of talent. By shaping an inclusive culture in your workplace, it then allows and empowers that diverse talent to think differently and be more open to sharing their unique perspectives and experiences that drive innovation, development, change, and engagement.
