Meet Lauren, a Customer Success Manager here at DoiT. We recently spoke with Lauren about why she joined back in May and what keeps her here. I CAME for the Entrepreneurialism, and... I Stay for the Collaboration. I joined DoiT looking for an environment similar to the early-stage startups I had worked at before, where I could run with new ideas without being bogged down in bureaucracy. This has absolutely been the case. DoiT's low-ego, collaborative environment encourages creativity, and I never have to worry about asking for help from or bouncing an idea off of more experienced colleagues. This has helped me learn and accomplish so much, and I feel very grateful to be a Doer. We are currently hiring for a number of positions on our Product team.

The sun, sand, and sea in Cancun, paired with the rich culture and stunning architecture in Barcelona, created the perfect balance. Our team bonded over activities and had a blast celebrating our successes and setting new goals. We can't wait to do it all over again next year and make even more unforgettable memories. Meet Aleksandra, she is a UX Designer on our Product team. We recently spoke with Aleksandra and learned why she joined DoiT over a year ago, and why she stays. I came for the challenge, and I stay for people. I came for a challenge. I wanted to work on an innovative, complex product where I can make a positive impact. I stay for people. As a designer, I interact with many different people: engineers, account managers, customer success managers, marketing managers, you name it. People at DoiT are amazing, and every interaction is delightful.

As a software engineer, I knew I wanted to be in a place that would give me the opportunity to design and build new software. Since I joined DoiT, I released dozens of cutting-edge features that are now used in our platform." I stay for the Personal Growth. Soon after I joined, it was clear to me that DoiT was the place that would support me in scoring my career goals, and indeed since I joined, I was promoted twice - At DoiT vast majority of managers are internal promotions."
