In mid-October 2018, we hosted a special culinary education event for 12 talented Sous Chefs (one from each of our brands) at The Big Kitchen, our home office, in Phoenix. This inspiring event included culinary demos in our Test Kitchen and meaningful conversation regarding team culture and leadership development - a welcomed day of calm before the storm of season!
