Sarah Eck and Flannery Dyer, LNs at our Westwood Center in NH, nominated by resident Richard H. “Everyone at Westwood Center were so kind and friendly. During the COVID-19 lock down, all of these wonderful people became my family. I learned a lot and when I got home, the visiting therapists discharged me on the first day because I could already do everything that I had learned at Westwood. Also, during my stay, these two LNAs were God-sent angels. Safety was very important to them, as well as making sure I was always comfortable. I dubbed them the Dynamic Duo. The care I got was both professional and loving. I love and miss everyone there and I can’t wait to go back and visit my new family. If I had to go back there as a resident, I would do it in a heartbeat.”

We are pleased to announce that LaShuan Bethea J.D., M.Ed., BSN, RN, Vice President, Reimbursement & Legislative Affairs, has recently been appointed as Chair of our newly formed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. For the last 13 years, LaShuan's role has primarily been focused on legislative and regulatory affairs. Using her personal experiences as a nurse along with the experiences of our direct care staff, LaShuan champions for policies that promote improved patient care outcomes.
