At Canstruction Long Island, Inc., teams are given 12 hours to defy expectations, logic, and gravity as they build fantastic sculptures from thousands of cans of food. Those cans of food are then donated to local hunger organizations following the competition and display. Team H2M is now collecting donations to help them build their 2021 structure. We are proud to announce that Joe Bednarz, P.E., CFEI has joined H2M architects + engineers as a Senior Project Engineer in our Central Jersey Office! Joe comes to H2M with over 15 years of experience in the engineering profession. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in 12 states, Joe will be primarily focused on projects in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York area. He recently received his Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) certificate from the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI) and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE). H2M is excited that Joe has joined the team and he will be leading projects for the cause and origin and litigation support team. Women’s Equality Day commemorates the passage of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, granting the right to vote to women. The amendment was first introduced in 1878. In 1971, the U.S. Congress designated August 26 as Women’s Equality Day.
