The P-500 Littoral Combat Ship Training Facility project took home 1st place in the Government/Military under $10M category and the Kauai Island Utility Cooperative (KIUC2) PV and Battery project won the Merit Award for the Other Construction $2M-5M category. Because of their experiences Helix, many of these students are more interested in exploring a career in the electrical field and construction trades.
