The last few stops of our 2023 #HeartcoreHR gourmet dinner series took us to #Berlin, #Stockholm, and #Copenhagen. We connected and conversed over fantastic meals and awesome vibes. There were lots of hugs, lively debates, shared experiences between peers, and new faces joining the group—our dinner table is getting longer and longer, and we are loving it! Thank you to all our Heartcore HR members who joined us at various dinners spanning the globe. Can't wait to kick off 2024 in Germany, London, and Toronto!
Our Lisbon office team decided that every year we will spend together one of the two granted days by HiBob for community activities. So yesterday we spend the day in Monsanto Forest Park (900 ha), Lisbon's green jewel. During the morning we planted trees - including sequoias that will likely be there for a long, long time. Then, after lunch, we removed 800-900 kg of bullet fragments from an old shooting range area currently being restored to Nature.

🏳️🌈 I’ve been fortunate enough to have a long career and watch the world around me shift and change. While I’ve seen inequality and injustice, I’ve also seen great progress—both in society at large and in the world of work—to become more diverse and open to all people. Although not yet perfect, step by step, we’ve grown. As a leader of my own company HiBob 🏳️🌈 I feel the positive impact of diverse voices, perspectives, and experiences daily. Whether that’s speaking with customers in different countries or in meetings with our very own Bobbers, I am inspired to do more and make the world a better, more accepting place for all people.
