We changed our logo for June because we value Pride Month. 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈 We’ve been asked what we, as a company, do to support the LGBTQIA+ community other than adding a rainbow to our profile. We’re glad this question is being asked because June is, and should be, a culmination of pride and not a box to be checked. So, want to know some of the things we do all year long? Keep reading. Let us know and help us grow. 🌈 Our internal code of conduct includes a zero-tolerance policy for any discrimination based on gender or sexual orientation.
What. A. Day. Today was our official Wellness Program Kickoff and it was something special indeed. Bobbers got together at a gorgeous park for a picnic 🧺 and enjoyed coffee ☕️ , drinks🍷 , great food 🧀 🍒 🍍 🍇 🥖, and different workout options 🧘 🏋️♀️ complete with bob towels. Last weekend we launched our brand new wellbeing initiative for Bobbers around the globe: Bob Balance Days. This long weekend (no vacation days or PTO required) will become our end-of-quarter ritual to ensure Bobbers get some well-deserved extended time to refresh, relax, and rejuvenate.
