Kaiser Permanente health plans were again rated highest in satisfaction by their members in the J.D. Power 2015 Member Health Plan Study. Leading the way in member satisfaction were California and Colorado. They were closely followed by Kaiser Permanente health plans in Mid-Atlantic, Georgia and Northwest regions.
