This week's Diversity & Inclusion Champion is CSC Supervisor Shannan Smith! When asked what are MTM current Diversity & Inclusion strengths, she said "Our diverse employees. We have a Mission Statement that shows that we are dedicated to being a diverse and inclusive employer.
