Once again, MTM has been selected as a finalist for the St. Louis Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in St. Louis. We have previously been included on the list in 2014 and 2016. MTM is one of 10 finalists in the big category containing companies with 250-999 St. Louis-based employees. More than 200 St. Louis-area companies participated in the survey, producing 44 finalists. The most employee-friendly workplaces were selected based on survey responses that measured communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork, and several other factors. Finalists were grouped by size and ranked by Quantum Workplace. The winners in each category will be announced at a breakfast event on Thursday, March 8, and all finalists will be highlighted in the March 9 edition of the Business Journal. Stay tuned to find out where MTM lands! Thank you to our staff for ranking MTM so highly—we’re proud to advance our culture constantly to continue being a Best Place to Work!
At MTM we take our training--and celebrations--seriously. Our Customer Care Representatives undergo a rigorous 90-day training and orientation period, after which they celebrate their successes and are officially welcomed to the MTM family with a graduation celebration. In December, we had 8 employees graduate--including staff from our Lake St. Louis, MO office pictured here. Congratulations grads!
At MTM, we're all about giving our employees time to de-stress and relax! Our Wisconsin team recently gathered for a moment of mindfulness, chair yoga, and deep breaths. As part of employee engagement, this pilot program of peacefulness was led by Community Outreach Trainer Paul Skoglind. The goal of the group is to teach skills and practices that help calm the mind and relax the body so that they can be more peaceful, happy, and productive.
