What better way to get through a snow storm than with pizza? Thank you to our contact center staff in New York City, St. Louis, and Pulaski, Virginia who braved the roads and made it to work to serve members this past week despite winter weather. In New York, leadership celebrated their team's dedication with a pizza party!
Our Nevada team was proud to take part in the 2017 Project Homeless Connect event sponsored by the Nevada Homeless Alliance, a service and resource fair aimed at breaking down barriers for the Las Vegas homeless population through services like shelter assistance, health care, legal advice, job readiness, food provision, and behavioral health. Our Customer Care Representatives helped attendees schedule transportation to follow-up medical appointments, and distributed bus passes to those in need. We look forward to participating again this year!

On a mission to raise money for Toys for Tots, Santa and his elves recently visited MTM’s corporate office. Thanks to the generosity of our staff, the event was a great success, with more than $250 raised to purchase donations for the organization!

We’re always looking for great organizations to support, and our Illinois team chose an exceptional one! They recently helped pack 22,464 meals—enough to feed 61 kids for a year—with Feed My Staving Children, an organization that distributes meals to individuals in need in more than 70 countries. Way to go team!
