This year's them for Black History Month is Black Resistance. We’re spending the month celebrating Black culture and achievement, including trailblazers who have called out injustice, oppression and inequality. The legacies of these leaders, and their courage and sacrifice, continue to inspire.
🍽️ Team members from NFP’s Minnesota office volunteered at The Humanity Alliance. They spent an afternoon prepping and cooking meals for those in need. 💝 The Humanity Alliance was inspired by a group of Minneapolis high school students who, with their families, are disproportionally held back by unfortunate health outcomes related to food insecurity. 🙌 Each week, they provide 6,000 meals! They also help provide short-term housing for families that are in immediate need.
