Our Family Resource Group at NFP exists to provide support to our employees with different family needs. We want our employees to be successful at work while understanding they have family needs and obligations to meet at home. The group's focus is across areas such as financial education, technology tools, safety tips, elderly caregiving, step-parenting as well as information about our family-friendly benefits and policies.

Our LGBTQ Resource Group here at NFP is desiged to support and promote diversity, inclusion, and understanding of sexual orientation and gender expression in the workplace. We seek to connect members and allies of the LGBTQ community and promote opportunities for growth and leadership. The group provides a forum for awareness and education that enables all of NFP to be their authentic selves in the workplace.
