For Native American Heritage Month, Nike’s Native American and Friends Network (NAN) hosts a flag raising at the entrance to Nike World Headquarters. The Tribal nation and community flags represent the NIKE, Inc. Indigenous workforce and celebrate other partners who are citizens and descendants of these nations. This year’s flag raising kicks off a season of celebration that focuses on “The Power of the Matriarch.” Events and gatherings will happen throughout the month and beyond that honor the contributions Indigenous women make and the impact they’ve had.
