On National Intern Day, we’re proud to recognize our 2025 intern class for their energy, bold ideas and meaningful contributions across Nike, Jordan and Converse. Throughout the summer, these talented individuals have worked side-by-side with our teams, making a real impact on projects, initiatives and the future of sport itself. “I’m always amazed at the strong, talented and passionate interns who join us every summer,” says Program Manager Geoffrey Cruz, who leads the internship program. “You feel the undeniable energy they bring. It permeates beyond them to all our teammates and helps shape what’s next for our company.” Nike, Inc. interns don’t just show up. They show us the future.
At NIKE, Inc., we create systems, spaces, and support that reflect the full spectrum of athletes we serve. During Disability Pride Month, we recognize the valuable contributions of colleagues such as Jason, along with our entire global disability community. Their presence highlights that true inclusion is achieved when every individual is empowered to participate with pride and purpose. His mother, Shannon Blankenship, Royalties Accounting Lead, sees it every day: “I’m very thankful to Nike for providing him with the opportunity for meaningful employment. He takes great pride in telling people he works on the Nike campus.” The future of sport needs every kind of teammate. Join us.
At NIKE, Inc., we embrace our differences and stand together as one. Our employee-led PRIDE Network aims to amplify the voices of our vibrant LGBTQIA+ communities across Nike. They’ll be joined by teammates and allies at our global Pride events this month, promoting visibility and championing self-expression for all. “This year, I had the honor of organizing our “Party on the Patio” series – weekly lunchtime events across campus that provided joyful, affirming environments where people could gather, connect, and feel the spirit of Pride in a tangible way.” says Kenzie Cote, Talent Experiences Specialist and PRIDE Network Career Pillar Lead. Here, we see you.
Magical. Transformative. A dream come true. That’s how NIKE, Inc. interns tend to describe their experience — and for good reason. Our 2025 class of summer interns are hitting the ground running, working on real-world projects, participating in NIKE experiences and being mentored by tenured leaders across the business. Many of those leaders got their start as a NIKE intern, including CEO Elliott Hill. “Even as a student, I knew I wanted to work for NIKE,” he says. “This place has made me a better human being.”
At Nike, we embrace challenges and rise to meet them—together. This year, employees across the globe will be coming together for a day of connection and inspiration featuring game-changing speakers, sport activations, and various runs around campus. Just Do It Day is the ultimate reflection of Nike’s vibrant culture. Experiencing her first, JDI Day, Genevieve Jackson shared: “I’m most looking forward to seeing the energy on campus—I can’t wait to witness it all live and in action.” From first-time participants to longtime teammates, JDI Day is a moment to reset, reconnect, and recommit to what drives us: bringing inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world.
At Nike, Global Running Day is about celebrating all runners, whether they’re heading out for an ultramarathon or a lap around the block. Some do it to challenge themselves. Others run to find community. For many Nike employees, it’s both. According to Kayla Arnot, North American Finance Lead, “Running is the ultimate proof that together, we can do hard things.” Whether you run or believe in empowering those who do, there’s a place for you on our starting line.
This month honors AAPI heritage and the cultural roots that shape how we show up. At NIKE, we celebrate by centering belonging in how we move as a team. Ascend Fest: Sports Carnival, created by our AAPI employee network, blended food, games and storytelling into something bigger—an experience that reminded us what it means to be seen and valued for all that we bring. “‘Win Together’ was this year’s theme. Everything you see is a team effort, a reflection of how we show up for each other across cultures and across Nike. That, to me, is what ‘Win as a Team’ really looks like” says Tiara Batle, Digital Marketing Lead, Global Brand Narrative who serves as Southeast Asia Co-lead and Ascend Brand Voice Lead. We create space for culture and heritage to be seen, felt and passed forward by those who live it every day.
Meet the team shaping how NIKE shows up online. Our Digital Accessibility team codes with purpose and designs with intention—integrating equity into every step of development and ensuring Nike’s digital experiences are accessible to everyone. “We’re always thinking about how [our solutions] will work for more people,” says Sonia Camacho, Software Engineer. This is how we move forward. Together.
Creativity thrives in community. At Harlem’s Fashion Row and The Creative Collective, Nike came together with tenured and emerging creatives for open, honest conversations — about bold ideas, thoughtful feedback and building with purpose. “The community and energy at these events were profoundly emotive,” says Louisa Page, Senior Director, Jordan Global Footwear Design Excellence. “Bringing diverse minds together to create is what propels innovation.” Because creative work isn’t meant to be carried alone. It’s meant to be shared, challenged and supported.
