Soon after, she transitioned into her current leadership role in engineering, a position that ODL entrusted her with due to her proven track record. Balancing a demanding career with personal commitments, Denise appreciates ODL's hybrid work model and the strong support system in her life: "I have great support, and I can't do this without them."
