As the Executive VP of Engineering and Product Management, Denise joined ODL two years ago, transitioning from the fast-paced automotive sector to the building industry. With a strong background in product management, engineering, supply chain, marketing, and strategy, she brings extensive expertise to ODL, where diverse talents and perspectives are valued. Denise’s journey at ODL began in product and brand management. Soon after, she transitioned into her current leadership role in engineering, a position that ODL entrusted her with due to her proven track record. At ODL, she found a supportive culture of collaboration and inclusivity that welcomed her insights as a female leader and fostered her growth. Balancing a demanding career with personal commitments, Denise appreciates ODL's hybrid work model and the strong support system in her life: "I have great support, and I can't do this without them." She also advises young women to “be comfortable with taking a chance on things” and embrace opportunities for growth. A dedicated mother and advocate for women in STEM, Denise exemplifies how leadership, conviction, and opportunity can spark change.
