At ODL, we believe in making a difference both at work and within our community. Recently, our Finance and IT teams organized a fun and engaging fundraiser supporting Hand2Hand, a non-profit organization that combats evening and weekend food insecurity for children in West Michigan. Employees had the opportunity to participate in an unique event where they could pie their manager in the face, all for a great cause! This initiative not only raised vital funds for Hand2Hand but also fostered team spirit and highlighted our commitment to supporting local communities.
