Residents at Chelsea Village in Chelsea, MA have had a wonderfully busy Summer! This month, residents had two great performances courtesy of MassHousing's TAP Program : a "Comedy Magic Show" and "Tribute to the 50’s" featuring Mark Stanzler. The residents were all engaged and so happy to come together again, be entertained and have fun safely. In addition to the performances, Chelsea Village residents were treated to haircuts and manicures courtesy of UnitedHealthcare. The smiles on their faces say it all! #wearepeabody #strongertogether
We are pleased to announce that Kerry Anne Dervil has joined the Peabody Team as a Senior Property Manager. In this role she is responsible for the physical, financial, and administrative operations of the buildings within her portfolio, including day-to-day site property duties, resident relations, budgetary analysis and staff supervision, training, and development. Dervil joins the Peabody Companies with extensive experience in the property management industry. She holds a C10P Tax Credit Certification, an Associate in Risk Management (ARM™) designation, a Fair Housing Compliance (FHC) certificate, and a National Affordable Housing Professional Executive (NAHPE) certificate. She is a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM), as well as a notary public for the commonwealth of Massachusetts. Welcome to the team, Kerry Anne! After not gathering for so long due to COVID, it was great for the Chelsea Village residents to visit with their Community Police Resource Officers O’Brien and DelComparo. Fieldstone Apartments in Dorchester, MA recently held their "Annual Resident Cookout". The community was graced with such wonderful weather, a solid turnout, and visits from several community providers, including the local Boston Police Department (Official) - District B3 team of Community Services Officers. The day was complete with outdoor games, food from Dorchester's own M & M BBQ, music, line dancing, face painting and balloon art from MassHousing TAP vendor, Bruce's Fun Company, AND an ice cream truck! A HUGE shout out to the Fieldstone Residents Association leaders, Tabitha, Cynthia, and Geralyn, who went to extra mile to ensure Fieldstone's Annual Resident Cookout was a success - thank you for all that you do!!!! #wearepeabody #StrongerTogether

Valley Brook Village residents recently enjoyed a day at the TD Bank Ballpark in Bridgewater, NJ to watch the Somerset Patriots play the Portland Sea Dogs as part of The Somerset Patriots "Veterans of America Day" game. All participants enjoyed their night with baseball food fare - hot dogs and drinks, provided by Peabody Properties Inc. while the game went on. The Patriots may have lost 5-10 that night, but our residents felt like winners! #wearepeabody #StrongerTogether #ThankYouVeterans
