When you think about the impact of your work, what comes to mind? With over 30 years of service between them, Neiser and Evelyn recently experienced the impact of their work - supporting the development and manufacture of our ENT product portfolio - at close quarters. In their five-year-old son Gael. Having suffered with a number of ear, nose and throat issues, Gael underwent a successful surgery in which a Smith+Nephew product was used that his father had worked on while it was still in development. "It's so amazing for me to think that a product that I worked on has helped my son to recover a normal life", says Neiser.

One building even achieved their 10 year milestone!
Inspiring the next generation of innovators on our doorstep… Our Penang team recently welcomed local primary schools to our facility for a STEM open day.
