Regional Manager Travis Miller recognized two team members at an Orlando downtown high-rise. One of the most senior officers, Ms. Laquita Jones, received appreciation cards for being instrumental in training new officers like Ahmed Baras. They both were awarded appreciation cards for helping cover shifts while a team member was in the hospital. They’re always willing to pick up shifts when the need arises and always show up to the site with a positive attitude. We’re grateful to have them on our team! #EmployeeAppreciation #EmployeeRecognition #SunstatesSecurity #SecurityServices #SecurityTeam #SecurityPersonnel #SecurityCompany #CorporateSecurity #Security #ThankYou #Orlando #OrlandoBusiness https://www.sunstatessecurity.com/security-guard-services-in-orlando-fl/

In our January Lancer, Erick Pruitt of Dallas was selected for the Operations Manager Spotlight. Recently celebrating his 5-year anniversary with Sunstates, he has greatly supported the Dallas region. A client emailed Regional Director Joel Forbes and stated: “I wanted to reach out to you to talk about Erick Pruitt for a moment. I knew our first year with Sunstates would have some obstacles and issues. That is the nature of security. Throughout the past year, Erick has always been there for us. It did not matter when an issue occurred or the nature of the issue; Erick was always extremely quick to respond, evaluate and address whatever problem we faced. He did this with a level of professionalism that should be emulated by others. It is his dedication to exceptionalism that kept our contract with Sunstates alive and healthy. The security officers on-site make the day-to-day happen, but they would not be successful without Erick’s support and leadership. Long story short, I want to pass on to you that we value Erick and truly appreciate everything he has done. We look forward to another year with Sunstates!” https://www.sunstatessecurity.com/security-guard-services-in-dallas-tx/

Congratulations to Eileen Poole on her promotion to Operations Manager in the New York region. As an EMS Site Supervisor, Eileen joined the Sunstates team in 2021 and was recently promoted. Her knowledge of workplace safety and accident prevention practices and over ten years of experience in the security field made her an excellent choice for her new role to support the New York region. As an EMS Site Supervisor for Sunstates, Eileen monitored the building's access control, supervised 11 officers, maintained rapport with management and customers, implemented performance improvement strategies, prepared daily reports, and more. Before her role at Sunstates, she was an Operations Security Senior Supervisor for a security provider for two years and handled similar tasks. As an Operations Manager, she’ll be the first line of communication for employees and clients. We’re glad to have Eileen in this new leadership role. #PromoteFromWithin #SecurityTeam #Team #EmployeeRecognition #SunstatesSecurity #SecurityServices #SecurityTeam #SecurityPersonnel #SecurityCompany #CorporateSecurity #Security #SecurityGuard #SecurityOfficer #SecurityIndustry #NewYork #NewYorkBusiness #NewYorkSecurity https://www.sunstatessecurity.com/security-guard-services-in-new-york-city-ny/
Team members from three different regions traded in their appreciation cards for items such as a lunch box, a duffle bag, and a power bank. Officer Denise Swann of Raleigh received several employee appreciation cards, which she cashed in for a Sunstates lunchbox. She has been a staple at her site, and her warm smile and stellar customer service receive constant praise from all who work in the building. Through his dedicated performance, Officer Loren Eggett of the Phoenix region has earned several Sunstates employee appreciation cards for volunteering to cover open shifts and training new officers. Loren works very well with site employees, escorting them to the vehicles after their shifts and fostering the client relationship with Sunstates Security. He swapped his cards for a power bank. Officer Corvette Brooks of the Greensboro Region has gained several employee appreciation cards for outstanding service and dedication to the site. She redeemed her cards for a Sunstates duffel bag. Thank you all for your tremendous work and keep earning those cards for more goodies! https://www.sunstatessecurity.com/security-services-in-phoenix-az/
