Congratulations to Veronica Rayner on her promotion to Operations Manager for the Raleigh region! Veronica spent several years on the Sunstates team before her promotion to Operations Manager in June 2023. Initially hired as an officer in 2016, she was promoted to a supervisor role in 2019. Veronica is a skilled professional, and her 15 years of experience working in the security field and tremendous work ethic made her a perfect candidate for the Operations Manager position in the Raleigh region. Her career began as a Corrections Officer with the Department of Public Safety, spanning 12 years. Her responsibilities were to maintain the security of inmates, keep an accurate activity log, supervise working inmates, make an hourly count of all inmates in the facility, and more. Following that role, Veronica became a Security Officer with a security contracting company. Her duties included checking employees in and out of the facility, patrolling the property's exterior, and reporting incidents. https://www.sunstatessecurity.com/security-services-in-raleigh-nc/

Supervisor Kelly Weddle recognized Officer Warren Daley of the Orlando region for assisting with training at a downtown high-rise site. Officer Daley has quickly shown that he is a team player; when new technology was being introduced to the team, Officer Daley stepped up and volunteered to be a trainer for the night shifts, which meant he was willing to stay after his shift to get them up to speed on the new process for checkpoints and reporting. Officer Cheryl Anderson of the Fort Lauderdale region worked diligently after receiving a call from the Rover Officer indicating that two unidentified males approached him. The team notified the individuals to make a report of items they were looking for off the property, and they left without incident. The non-emergency Police were called and arrived onsite briefed with the vehicle's description. Police patrolled the parking lot and the surrounding area. https://www.sunstatessecurity.com/security-guard-services-in-orlando-fl/
