This day honors the lost indigenous children and survivors of residential schools, their families and communities. We are proud to recognize this new federal holiday in Canada by offering all benefits-eligible employees in Canada an additional Statutory Holiday starting this year. We are proud to share that Tapestry’s Chief Digital Officer, Noam Paransky, has been selected to The Lead’s 2021 Direct 60 List. This recognition honors fashion and consumer brand executives at Direct-to-Consumer companies as they evolve to meet the digital needs of shoppers. “During the pandemic, we learned that the customer wants more humanity and human engagement. At Tapestry, we care about the well-being of our employees. One thing we’ve heard from our working parents and caregivers is the challenge of managing family care when the unexpected pops up, often placing extra demands on their time, focus, and energy. With this, thanks to a collaboration with Tapestry’s Working Parents and Caregivers Employee Resource Group (ERG), we’re offering a new family care benefit to U.S. benefit-eligible employees. This benefit offers access to back-up child, adult, and elder care; new primary child care solutions; academic support, tutoring, and enrichment options for their children; and resources to help find pet care, housekeeping, and more. Thank you to our Working Parents and Caregivers ERG for making this happen; a special shout out to ERG co-leads Becca Rotelli Mignanelli and Christopher Fitzgerald, as well as Ingrid Crain and Amy Maiurano, for your leadership in bringing this initiative to life. #OurTapestry
