Members of our teammate resource group "Green Machine", which focuses on supporting the execution of #UA's key sustainability priorities and smaller projects, as well as advancing the #education and #engagement of teammates in Under Armour's sustainability efforts, came together to clean up debris from the 8-acre wetland along Baltimore's Inner Harbor.

This year, #UnderArmour celebrated #internationalwomensday in the APAC region with a range of special events to recognize and honor our teammates. In China, UA Athletes Zhang Weili and Lin Xiyu joined us for a round table discussion to share their stories of overcoming fear and being confident. In Hong Kong, we captured the experiences of our very own female directors and how they navigate managing large regional teams and balancing personal priorities. In Singapore, we partnered with Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN) and invited female panelists to discuss how cultural intelligence and cross-cultural #collaboration impact the global workforce. We also held various wellness activities throughout the day such as Personal Image & Color Analysis classes, Perfume Making workshops, Pilates/Yoga sessions and Workplace massages for those looking to relax or recharge. These activities enabled our teammates to connect with one another on this special day while learning more about themselves too!
Under Armour's Latino Alliance TRG kicked off MLB Opening Week with a 'Cafecito' session featuring former Miami Marlins' minor league catcher Iggy Baez. The event included retail and DH teams, and focused on teammate development, cultural celebrations, and networking. UALA is dedicated to providing extended resources to help their talented retail teammates develop personally and professionally.

Otis College of Art and Design graduate Chaz Inouye was one of six finalists at the first-ever UA Design Future Show. Although he didn’t win the competition, Chaz had a great experience that will stick with him the rest of his life. Just like UA, Chaz never stops asking “Why?”. Great work, Chaz!
