Training was watching on zoom another agent making their cold calls for a couple of days, and then role play scripts.

The best part is the hands on approach, which is arguably much more productive than any training video. Practice makes perfect, and you certainly get a lot of practice during the training process. The one thing I saw as negative, if you want to call it that, is if you have happen to be training on a bad week when it comes to writing business. If that happens- you don't tend to see a whole lot of the job aside from the amount of calls you make.

The best thing about this company is they will go the extra mile for you. The worst thing is I was not ready for this great opportunity.
