When it ends and you’re released from training to worked 2 yr old leads 6x /day for no money… there’s nothing good about this

In house course, some video, some role play

Depends on the manager who brings you on some are really good and hands on while others were not the best with training

No benefits working for this agency

Ok training overall.... but it's basically learning a script word-for-word. The faster you get the script memorized, the faster you get into the field. They "act" like they train you in other areas... but it's nothing but them explaining the compensation breakdown in depth.

Hands on training , they make sure its kept simple.

You drive around in a car all day with the managers

Drove my car around while my manager quizzed me on the script from passenger seat. Script training, primarily. Life Insurance course was not paid for my the company.
