Job Training

At every agency, you won' get paid from training or reimbursed for your licensing fees. You only get paid when a manager takes you out and puts an application in your name. Other than that, it depends on the agency. At P&Q Partners in Blue Bell PA there was extensive training, with somebody in the office whose job it was to train you, make sure you knew the script, and help you prepare yourself on the ins and outs of the business. And managers made sure you had substantial experiences on the phones, in homes, and knocking on doors before they released you. They make sure you're ready. At Bisanz Agencies in Cherry Hill, they were a lot smaller with less people and resources so they didn't have that person in the office all day for training. And they release you a lot earlier before you have as much experience. This can be viewed as good or bad, because on one end you're able to be on your own and start making money faster, but on the other hand if you're not ready you won't make money anyway. If the latter agency would add a bit more training it would be highly beneficial . Either way, you have to commit to learning the script on your own outside the office. They won't do it for you.
