If you hit your sales marks the bonus pay system was set up very well.

Bonuses are great. If you can get people to actually show up to sell them too

Best thing is you can work from home on your own time, worst thing is the leads are horrible that they give and you have to work very hard with only a handful of outdated leads.

When you sell a lot.... you make a good bonus, duh.... checks can be nice, but wait.... there's a catch.... anyone who cancels a policy (which is a ton, because the selling method with this company is intrusive and builds no rapport with the clients) it is then deducted from your next checks. It's always fun making a few thousand dollars one week and then a few weeks later have a couple thousand surprisingly deducted from your weeks check. NO stability with this job.

Lotta work for little commission. Many policies drop, AIL's premiums are not competitive in term life.

Great benefits are available to agents.

You get paid bonuses based on how much you sell, which adds to the commissions you make. It's calculated monthly and can amount to a large sum.
