Performance Bonus

You can earn 10 - 20 % bonus every month.

It’s a progressive bonus so the better you do through the month the bigger your bonus. Bonuses start at 14% and go up to 20%

What you put into this is what you're going to get out of it. The hard you work, the more you get paid. The higher the activity, the more you get paid. Everyone puts in about 40 hours a week and if individuals choose to put in more than they can. Bonuses are paid weekly, monthly, and quarterly
