Performance Bonus

If we are above sales goals we get a pretty good commission. As a percentage of your paycheck, it's about 15% usually. But it's not based on percent of your paycheck. It's based on how far above we are on our monthly sales goal. Since sales are good and we're getting barraged with customers, the bonus checks look pretty great.

During the busy time of year, we usually get a small bonus

Monthly for an Assistant Manager is not much... maybe 300ish or so. The real money is in the quarterly bonuses. You bonus on the store's Profit and Loss statement and the store's customer survey scores. It's possible to double those if you really perform. There were a few quarters I received $7000 bonuses (before taxes). Other quarters I received nothing. It just depended on the store and the leadership team.

There basically wasn't any so it was bad.

Their bonuses are a joke. Only the regional managers benefit from the bonuses! That's why they push you to Sell! Sell! Sell! While you get nothing but a little check!

after a while and if your GS does good you get around a 100$ bonus for being amazing..yeah...so much money...

The Short Term Incentive bonus is a joke and the only other bonus is 1.5x pay on federal holidays

It's always nice to see a little extra on your paycheck, everyone has the chance to earn it too.
