Depending on the performance the store has, employees have an opportunity for a pretty generous bonus. It is a set amount for certain tiers of performance.

I think it is good . However I am hearing that bonus money will go more to top performers based on metrics. If that happens I am not certain that would be good for overall service as team effort could deteriorate with a possible negative impact on overall service. With that being said I think top performers should have that incentive . The question now becomes what is a top performer.. For example the more I spend on customer service issues the lower my sales numbers are. Do we give up too much goodwill and customer satisfaction while putting all effort into individual multi channel numeric goals.

You get raises and can move up fast based on your performance. Don't remember if they had a one-time Performance Bonus.

The bonus program is very minimal. The extra cash really just covered the taxes that were being taken out.

There was not much of a performance bonus offered.
