Chipotle does its best to move people up as they are able to - that's part of the business model and part of the reason why Chipotle employees are so passionate about their work. It can take as few as 6 months to move up from crew to Service Manager, and just a few more months for Kitchen Manager.

They pretty much just threw me on the line and I had to learn like that. It was kind of hard because I had never worked a job before and I did not go to chipotle really before that so I did not know how it worked.

It's okay but it's not as vigorous as it could be. It should be very Detailed and explanatory but it's subpar and which is why some don't perform
