Job Training

It can be bad or good, depends on location and the trainer. Just don't get sensitive when people try to help you, it's constructive criticism.

Depends on your store. My store is pretty good with this aspect.

they do not train fully but they try.

Chipotle does its best to move people up as they are able to - that's part of the business model and part of the reason why Chipotle employees are so passionate about their work. It can take as few as 6 months to move up from crew to Service Manager, and just a few more months for Kitchen Manager.

Training was good. They trained for two days then I have to d o things on my own. I can ask questions if I want to though.

they will train you and some of the managers get to go to seminars

pretty hands on but also VERY fast paced. if you cant pick something up the first time you do it its going to be difficult to learn

They really want their workers to be well prepared

They pretty much just threw me on the line and I had to learn like that. It was kind of hard because I had never worked a job before and I did not go to chipotle really before that so I did not know how it worked.

It's okay but it's not as vigorous as it could be. It should be very Detailed and explanatory but it's subpar and which is why some don't perform To expectations.
