Job Training

They are not very concerned about how new employees will obtain the good training in the job. If you are not clever enough than this job is not for you.

It is not for the faint of heart, for sure. You have to be curious and ready to learn ALL the time. The training is mostly hands on and instructional from anyone and everyone who works there. There are videos and they help a lot, but the majority is just learning as you go. It's very simple, but so very fast paced. I love learning this way.

Training is okay. I thought that they paid for traning but I didn't get paid. My 1st. Check is $0.00

They stopped training people as good as they used too

The best thing is that they guide you very well as a new employee that works there.

Training can be unorganized but tools are available to be successful.

I came in at a transitional time so everything was pretty hectic. I had to learn quickly and my training got cut a few days short.
