"I did not receive any special job training through CTG. It was, however, due to the fact that I had taken the initiative to refresh my computer skills that I was hired by Bayer CropScience."

No PTO or paid holidays for hourly contractors. Healthcare was not ACA compliant in 2014 and does not meet the minimum value standard in 2015. 401k has decent selection of funds and 50% match up to 6%, though long period for full vesting.

Coverage Highlights
If you want true freedom of choice, then Traditional Blue PPO is the health plan for you and your family.
Traditional Blue PPO blends traditional coverage with managed-care benefits. This coverage is ideal for people
who like the freedom of choice that they receive with traditional health insurance, but who also want the lower
out-of-pocket costs on preventative services associated with managed care.
You have the option of receiving care from in-network and out-of-network providers. When you go to a physician,
specialist or hospital that is in our network, you receive more benefits and lower copays than you would visiting
an out-of-network provider. With Traditional Blue PPO, you choose the provider you want to see at the time you
need care.

Lots of added benefits, but the employee cost per pay check for medical insurance is astronomical...................if you received any cost of living raise or any raise it was a complete wash when your insurance premiums are raised by 22% for the upcoming year. So with this said, I am now making 19% less in the next year because I choose to cover my family with medical insurance through my job. The insurance exchanges would have been even worse for my paycheck. Which makes me trapped into purchasing employer insurance with too many co-pay's and even a deductible for prescriptions whose co-pay's start at $15, $35 and yes end at $75. Sad very very sad.

The benefit package is barely enough to qualify as a benefit package. I felt that CTG was pursuing work from its clients as the lost-cost bidder, rather that working on providing value to the client and greater benefits to the contractor / employee.
