Refused to pay out PTO/Vacation.

Great Health insurance. Also they offer time off.

401K is not currently matched, and contractors are not vested in the prior match without four years of continuous employment. Health care for hourly contractors is limited to the employee and children but now spouses or domestic partners.

Monthly insurance premium is a bit high but the insurance is good. It is the same amount I paid for spouse and myself under The health exchange.

Excellent time-off package (started with 3 weeks). The rest of the benefits are average.

Health Insurance too expensive for what you get. Dental insurance is a joke (but so are most plans). No 401k match.

What I was offered was not even logical to take for benefits as if I had taken the benefits I would have had to take a second job in order to make up for what was offered along with my pay rate.

Good benefits: good health insurance, 401k, etc. Not bad as a contract company.
