"I did not receive any special job training through CTG. It was, however, due to the fact that I had taken the initiative to refresh my computer skills that I was hired by Bayer CropScience."

Thank you for your review of our Benefits plan! Recently, we were elated to announce a significant benefits cost reduction for the fourth consecutive year, which illustrates our commitment our commitment to providing comprehensive coverage at an affordable rate.

Wonderful people at CTG but benefits were sorely lacking. No 401k matching, a less-than-stellar health insurance package was more expensive than most previous employers. It was a shame, as the company itself was great.

Thank you for taking the time to review our benefits and recognizing CTG as a great employer. While we don’t currently offer a traditional employer match to the 401(k), we have provided lump sum contributions to participating employees’ plans for four consecutive years. We also continuously assess market conditions to determine if a traditional match is feasible. In terms of health care costs, we’re happy to report that we will be significantly reducing the employee health care cost for the fourth consecutive year. Through our various employee survey and feedback mechanisms, we’ve heard that benefits costs were a concern. We value employee feedback and are committed showing our dedication to acting upon it.

Best: vacation time and flexibility
Worst: no matching 401k

We apprecaite you taking the time to review our benefits and giving our vacation time and flexibility shout outs! Work-life balance is very important to us, as we know employees need to juggle the demands of their personal and professional lives. Being able to take time away from work when needed is an important aspect of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. To demonstrate our continued support of this, we are implementing a new vacation schedule in 2023 that allows for more vacation time earned at an accelerated rate. We hope employees take the additional time to rechard doing what they love to do outside of work.
In terms of 401(k), while we don't currently offer a traditional match, we have contributed lump sum payments to participating employees' plans for four consecutive years. We keep a steady eye on the market conditions to determine if a traditional match is feasible. Thank you for your continued service to CTG!

The best is being able to work remotely; The worst is they have suspended the 401k matching.
