"I did not receive any special job training through CTG. It was, however, due to the fact that I had taken the initiative to refresh my computer skills that I was hired by Bayer CropScience."

Expensive benefits, but employer cares about you.

Thank you for your feedback. We absolutely agree that CTG cares about its employees. Because of that, our benefits offerings aim to provide comprehensive coverage inclusive of our diverse employee population needs. We’re happy to report that we’ve been able to decrease the benefit cost to employees for two consecutive years. Providing affordable, comprehensive benefit options remains a constant priority for our Benefits team.

Company does not match 401K

Thank you for submitting your feedback. Our Benefits and leadership teams are continuously assessing the type of 401(k) match CTG is able to contribute. We know 401(k) matching is important to our employees, so we provided two lump sum contributions over the past two years. We will continue to carefully monitor the market and CTG’s ability to provide future contributions to employee 401(k) plans.

Expensive benefits. The premiums are out of pocket and deductible is very high.

Best: None Worst: Prices and offerings are outrageous. In order to make a livable wage it is not in your pay to have benefits. With the benefit smallest plan my income was less than 1000 every 2 weeks. The cost of living where I am is more than you will make. They catch you with a Salary limited plan that offers Paid holidays that's about as affordable as it gets.

As a contract employee (hourly), benefits are minimal. The healthcare options are bare minimum and don't provide very coverage. There is a 401K plan, but no company match is offered.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We understand that benefits make up a significant portion of an employee’s compensation package and are a key consideration when choosing a new work home. As such, we work to provide benefit plan options that provide suitable coverage at an affordable cost for all of our employees. We are sorry to hear our plan options did not meet your needs. All feedback is valuable and we consider it each year as we are defining our annual benefits packages. We also understand that a 401(k) company match is important to our employees. Our benefit and leadership teams are constantly surveying the market conditions and assessing our 401(k) contribution options. This dedicated analysis has resulted in a lump sum employer contribution deposit in August 2020 and March 2018 to the 401(k) accounts of those employees actively participating in our 401(k) program. We will continue to assess all of our benefits, including our 401(k) program, as we strive to present benefits packages that are valuable to our employees.

Expensive insurance packages with little coverage. Didn't even cover my generic prescription that cost's $15 a month. Vacation package appears great, but they do not match paid holidays with my company so this takes away a significant amount of vacation days. I had the HSA plan for almost a year and half of the time they did not deposit my funds into the designated account. The Bonus' are garbage and impossible to reach since they are out of your countrol, which in my position leaves me out 4000$ every 3 months.
