The benefits from CTG were almost nonexistent. Very sad that this multimillion dollar company can’t provide affordable health insurance for its employees. The rate was about $250 out of each check to be insured but there was also a $5000 deductible and you’re not allowed to add your spouse.

This company does not provide any benefits for contractors. Not even salary increases nor bonuses. Since the pay cut, I couldn't afford the super expensive health insurance which was $500 per month. CTG promised to reinstate our salaries but they haven't so far. CTG along with IBM has broken their contractual obligations. I would not recommend either company.

High deductible with poor coverage and no dental. Would be nice to not have such high premiums as well. It is crazy that I pay for health insurance and still cant afford the doctor
