Too much per pay period for such horrible coverage. Very high deductable, high biweekly premium. Makes you forget you're working for a company that employs tens of thousands and spends $400 million every now and then to send satellites into space.

Rumor has it that the plan does not include a mental health benefit. Mental health services are covered through the EAP. With the ACA, I have a feeling this will be changing soon.
